We're off to a good start, but we could still use your financial help to be fully operational.

We have many immediate needs on the land. Would you take a look at this list
and see if there is anything that you might be able to help us with.  If you think more in terms of dollars, think about this... we could pay the mortgage in full ($55k remaining) and finish converting the horse barn into a people barn (around $20k) for a total of $75,000.

Our monthly expenses include $1300 mortgage and $400 in utilities.
